Joel Ellams is the President of the Okanagan Investment Club as well as Conscious Developments Inc. He manages numerous multi-million dollar real estate development deals.  His focus is on progressive real estate development.  He understands how joint ventures can give you extreme growth in your real estate portfolio, as shown in his partnership with 30 year development company Trend Homes Ltd.  Joel has helped his investors, partners and clients make millions through joint ventures. 

Prior to being a real estate investor/developer Joel worked in the cutting edge marketing department of Peak Potentials Training Inc, structuring joint ventures and implementing new marketing strategies for Harv Eker's company.
